A good idea is to remove some items from startup. There are a lot of programs that add entries to startup and add time to the startup process after logging on. I plan on using Autoruns to see what autostarts at logon, find the path to the executable, copy that path, remove it from starting with Autoruns, then add that entry to my bat file. The possibilities with this could be endless. Batch files for autostarting less used programs, most used programs, and on and on.
