Commissioning a new computer is always a challenge. So many different settings and so many potential conflicts.
One call to Userbytes was all it took to get up and running. Very knowledgable technical support. Goes right to the problem, without a lot of hassle, and quickly resolves the issue.
I have them on speed-dial and have set a link on my browser bar. No matter what the issue, this is the only tech support I need. And the price is very reasonable. Next call is for web site design.

Now I’m not the sharpest tool in the woodshed when it comes to computer technology, but I must admit that this remote computer repair is the wave of the future.
No more lugging your computer to the shop and having to wait a week before you get it back!
I happened upon USERBYTES when I was researching remote computer repairs. I went to the sight and followed the simple three step process. First I called and spoke with a friendly and as it turned out, a very knowledgeable tech person who connected to my computer and worked his magic. All the while explaining what he was doing.
My computer has not run so well for a good while. My computer was slow and was starting to crash more often, but after he finished my computer is working much better than before.
I recommend USERBYTES to anyone who has issues with there computer. In less than an hour he was finished and I never got up from my computer! It’s amazing! Anyway, I can’t say enough about this service. Oh and his prices are really reasonable. So if you need help getting your computer running right, this is the place to go. Hands down.
